Shipping & Shipping Issues

We try to get all orders sent out within 48 hours of orders being placed. Shipping times will vary depending on your location in the world and the shipping method you have chosen.

Engraved orders take 1-3 business days to engrave, therefore delaying delivery by up to 3 days.

Shipping times can vary from 4 days to 3 weeks depending on where you are in the world. Sadly we cant speed this up.. Transit between different postal services and customs can cause unplanned delays and increase shipping times.

We offer 2 types of shipping:



Standard shipping

This is our regular shipping method and is available for UK and worldwide delivery. This option has a slightly higher chance of delays so is recommend for lower value orders. As Standard shipping is not tracked, we will have issues locating you order if it has not arrived.



Tracked Shipping

This is our advised delivery method for all international orders, and all orders over £50. With this delivery method, you can look up the location of your order at any time.

Order has not arrived

The world is a very big place and from time to time, orders will go missing. If your order has not arrived after 1 month, please get in touch and let us know.

We will ask you to confirm the address attached to the order (to ensure it is going to the correct place) and dispatch a new order ASAP. We will only charge for shipping costs.

If an engraved order does not arrive, then we will re-send the item(s) at a fee of £15.00 per engraved item + shipping.

If an order fails to arrive a 2nd time then we can re-send the order at full cost + shipping + engraving if applicable.



If you Provided an Incorrect Address

If the address has been entered incorrectly, then if requested, we will issue a payment request for 75% of the order total (+ shipping and engraving if applicable) then send a new order out to you.



Bulk orders

For orders of larger than 10 wallets, customs duty & tax will need to be covered by the buyer. (DAP Incoterm) which may be required by the courier to clear any items for final delivery.
